It was easy to agree a date and time for the work to be done. Joe was on time, worked hard all day, moved and fitted a new radiator and tidied up after the work was completed. He serviced the boiler and explained how it worked. Chris arranged the date and time and has previously done excellent work for us. The team are brilliant and rates are good.
